The Byrrh Winery Tour became an official heritage site of the Communauté des Communes des Aspres which carried out major refurbishment work for the new tour circuit on November 30^th 2011

• The cultural heritage contained in the 1903 posters, on show for the first time here in Thuir

Testimony to the Violet family’s ambitions for Byrrh, the largest oak vat in the world is an outstanding technical feat with a capacity of one million two hundred litres.
